Are Passionate, Loyal Customers Really So Difficult To Captivate?

Passionate, loyal customers. How do we get them? 

There a lot of ways, but we covered two Captivating Strategies.

Ultimately, Captivated people buy for two reasons:
1) because a product reinforces how they see themselves.
2) because a product reinforces how they want others to see them.

There are two strategies you can use to captivate and cultivate passionate, loyal customers.
Activating the Tribe
It’s key that we know WHO the tribe is and WHY they are potential tribe members. Then, you can start positioning in a way where others can see themselves. We can do this through testimonials, especially written ones or,
Tell a Story
When people see themselves in stories, they identify much more clearly with the product, they begin to see the product as part of their lives. Big brands do this brilliantly. Think about Apple’s holiday ad. Or how about some of those famous Superbowl commercials, which ones really inspired you?
Your product or service has people AND it has stories. Find them. Share them.
